The travel on which I embarked with a feeble mind turned out to be a real eye opener and a powerful self discovery exercise.

When I applied to the Caux interns program I had two agendas in mind. Leaving our homes to live in a palace in the Swiss mountains for a month might seem like a challenge, a heavenly “burden “ one could say. I imagine all our friends joked that after this experience we can apply any time for a princess or prince position; who else has the chance to call a palace “home” for such a long time. However, our story doesn’t end there; we didn’t have dances and royal dinners every night.
